Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Musnad platform. Where you have signed an order form or a services agreement with us, that document and the Data Processing Agreement take precedence over this page.
1. Who we are
Musnad is a document-automation platform for construction and engineering, operated from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Our company registration is in progress; the registered entity name will be published here once it is issued.
2. What the service does
The platform reads bills of quantities, specifications and drawings that you upload, and produces structured deliverables such as material testing schedules and procurement packages. Every generated line carries the document, clause and page it came from.
Output is a first draft with its evidence attached. It is not a signed submission and it does not replace the judgement of a responsible engineer. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you submit onward.
3. Accounts and access
Accounts are issued to a workspace belonging to your organisation. You are responsible for who you add to your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend an account that is being used to breach these terms.
4. Your documents stay yours
You keep all rights in the documents you upload and in the deliverables the platform produces from them. We claim no ownership over either, and we do not use your documents to train models.
We process them only to deliver the service to you. How long each type of data is kept, and which third parties are involved, is set out in the privacy policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload material you have no right to share, attempt to reach another organisation's workspace, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access without a written agreement. Report a security issue to us rather than exploiting it.
6. Availability
We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Processing depends on third-party services, and long documents can take minutes rather than seconds. Where a specific availability commitment is required, it is agreed in the order form, not here.
7. Fees
Fees, document allowances and seat counts are set in your order form. The platform meters documents processed per month against the allowance recorded for your workspace; a submission we reject does not count against it.
8. Our intellectual property
The platform, its interface and its underlying software remain ours. These terms grant you a right to use the service, not a licence to copy or reimplement it.
9. No warranty on output
The service is provided as is. Automated extraction can miss a requirement or cite the wrong clause, which is why every deliverable carries its sources and why an engineer must review before submission. We do not warrant that output is complete, accurate or fit for a particular submission.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and except where your signed agreement says otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Ending the agreement
Either side may end the agreement in line with the order form. On termination we stop processing, and data is deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy. You can ask us for an export of your workspace records before that point.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction.
