We built the tool we wished existed on our own projects.
Musnad is document automation for construction and engineering teams in the UAE. We started because we watched too many engineers lose their weekends compiling material testing schedules from BOQs and specifications by hand. Work that an attentive junior could not have done any faster, and that a language model can do in minutes when it is given the source documents to cite from.
What we do
We ingest the documents an engineer already works from. Bills of quantities, particular specifications, standard specifications. From those we produce the schedules, testing plans and procurement packages that would otherwise cost days of manual review per project. Every generated line carries the source clause and page behind it, so the responsible engineer can verify in seconds rather than take on trust.
What we don't do
We don't produce final signed submissions. We don't replace an engineer's judgement. What Musnad outputs is a first draft with its evidence attached. The human in the loop signs it off. That is the point.
Where we are
Based in the United Arab Emirates, serving construction contractors and engineering consultancies across the GCC. Our tooling is deliberately consultant- and project-agnostic. There are no hardcoded consultant names or project templates. New client onboarding is a data change, not a code change.

The engineering behind it
Every submission is tracked in an append-only audit log with who, when, what document, and outcome. Uploads are size-capped, extension-verified and content-verified before being handed to the AI. Client data lives in per-client workspaces. A user from one company cannot see or touch another company's data, enforced at the database query layer, not the template. We publish this because your IT team will ask.
